Founded in 1993, Via Découvertes Production is proud to benefit from the skills and loyalty of many directors, journalists, DOPs, editors… Our teams use their unique creativity and expertise, to travel the world and discover people, events, topical issues… in order to offer viewers a glance of the daily and often amazing adventure of humankind.
Via Découvertes Production favors unusual places and encounters, and produces all its films using HD technology. We are very concerned about the quality of our productions, the relevance of the contents, and the cultural and informative quality of our films.
We work on subjects as various as Discovery, Environment, Health & Science, Society, Investigation, Geopolitics, and last but not the least, “sea movies”, which is has always been our trademark.
With a wealth of experience of 20 years, Via Découvertes Production today produces documentary films for the main French broadcasting public and private channels (France Télévisions, Arte, Canal +…), and has a catalogue of over 150 films distributed and broadcasted worldwide.
