Sea, Sète and Sun

Synopsis

They might be tourists who have come here specifically, or holidaymakers passing just by chance, but they have all been taken with the city of Sète to such an extent that they decided to move here permanently. Before the eyes of the somewhat surprised residents, the new arrivals jostle with the locals, in this historical port city, over activities, until recently reserved for bigger neighbouring seaside resorts. Faced with “Gérard Janicot” and “Aurélien Evangélisti”, local children and enthusiasts of relaxation Sète-style, Lionel, Babette, Patrick or Guillaume benefit from space until recently unused for other things… paddle boating, sea kayaking, laying about, eating out, but also organising a gigantic electro music festival which allows people to see another side of the city, including the renovated Lido, underwater caves at the foot of the cliffs, but also the great lighthouse and the sea theatre. So many new activities which are shaking up the lives of the residents of Sète who would never have imagined they could profit from the Mediterranean Sea in such a way.
